The benefits of exercise

No matter what type of diabetes or whether you have diabetes or not, regular exercise is a very good habit for everyone.

1. Be active at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week.
2. Exercise can help your body's insulin work better.
3. It also lowers your blood glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
